Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist Sales team in the formulation, implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
  • Meeting with clients and suppliers
  • Document preparation including typing, formatting and editing.

Requirements

  • Diploma holder or above with formal secretarial training.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years relevant working experience.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese wording processing. (MS word)
  • Good command of both spoken and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Well organized, self motivated with strong sense of responsibility, willing to learn and work under pressure.
  • Immediately available is highly preferred.
