Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist Sales team in the formulation, implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
- Meeting with clients and suppliers
- Document preparation including typing, formatting and editing.
Requirements
- Diploma holder or above with formal secretarial training.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years relevant working experience.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese wording processing. (MS word)
- Good command of both spoken and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Well organized, self motivated with strong sense of responsibility, willing to learn and work under pressure.
- Immediately available is highly preferred.
