We currently looking for experience recruitment consultant(s) in the business to join our family. Welcome RMs of Private and Commercial, from Bank or Investment Co.

Responsibilities:

• Understand our clients’ needs on different positions and able to source the right candidates to fill the posts
• Good understanding of market trend, willing to share your views with clients, candidates, and colleagues
• Able to use of different channels and ways to source, communicate and interview with candidates
• Build strong network and maintain good relationship with candidates and clients

Requirements:                                                     

• University Degree is preferred
• Experience in the recruitment industry, preferably Banking and Finance sector
• Strong in business developing, networking and relationship building
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of Chinese and English, Fluent in Mandarin an advantage
