Job Description
The Job:
- To conduct customers’ network equipment (e.g. Cisco Routers & Switches) surveillances, trouble shooting and maintenance
- To conduct remote configuration review, change and update documentation
- To conduct adhoc and emergency changes on network equipment configuration when required
- To coordinate with internal parties and customers on activities related to service restoration, planned maintenance, drill or disaster recovery
- 7 x 24 shift duty may be required
The Person:
- Higher Diploma holder in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience in Voice or Data network equipment on implementation and maintenance support.
- Holder of professional certifications such as CCNP is preferred
- Knowledge on Linux is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, mature and responsible
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Good customer services with communication skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written in both Chinese and English
