Job Description
The Job:
- To administrate user and systems level of Network Management Systems (NMS) applications to ensure mobile network security policies are meeting the standard
- To identify appropriate and effective means to monitor the mobile network performance
- To coordinate with internal departments to handle mobile network complaints and perform regular network complaint analysis
- To carry out regular mobile network quality control and improvement meeting within the team and with other departments to achieve continuous quality improvement
- To interact with other departments, equipment vendors, and 3rd Parties to ensure the timely delivery and integration of network management solutions
- Emergency on-call/ standby required
The Person:
- Degree holder in Electronic / Telecommunication / Computer Engineering or related disciplines with 5 to7 years’ network operation experience in cellular network and server farm operation
- Knowledge of 2G, 2.5G, 3G and LTE Cellular radio network
- Good knowledge of UNIX (HP-UX, Solaris), Linux, Shell Scripting (Korn, Bourne), Windows server 2003, 2008
- Good knowledge of Oracle, SQL, Perl scripting
- Understanding of IP, LAN, WAN and DCN design concepts is an advantage
- Good coordination, communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have good knowledge and troubleshooting skills in mobile network operations
