Job Description
Responsibilities:
l Assist in full spectrum of HR functions and general office administration;
l Assist in organizing company’s activities;
l Perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned.
Requirements:
l Diploma holder or above with at least 2 years’ administrative experience in sizeable company;
l Proficient in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
l Computer literacy in MS Office and fast Chinese typing;
l Well-organized, multi-tasking, self-motivated, meticulous, efficient & effective;
l Good interpersonal & communication skills, and effective problem solving & decision making;
l Immediately available is preferred
l Fresh graduate is welcome
