Responsibilities:

• Assist the HR Manager (based in Hong Kong) and work with HR Supervisor (based in Shanghai) for full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to budgeting, recruitment, compensation & benefits, training & development, performance management, employee relations, formulating and updating company policies and regulations, etc. 
• Perform full function of office administration for HK, including office maintenance, rental arrangement, procurement, etc.
• Implement company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with business and legal requirements, including PRC, Singapore, Taiwan, Japan and Korea.
• Liaise with Headquarter / branches / other stations in relation to all HR and Administration matters
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in human resources & administration, preferably gained in sizable organizations
• Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legal requirements
• Knowledge of Employment Ordinance/Acts of other Asian Countries, such as PRC, Singapore, Taiwan, Japan and Korea, is an advantage
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Detail-minded, strong sense of responsibilities and ability for multi-tasking
• Independent, well-organized, good analytical and communication skills
• Immediate available is highly preferred
