Job Description

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all aspects of employee operations including recruitment, payroll enquiries, MPF, final payment, tax returns etc.
  • Prepare training materials and deliver classroom trainings, workshop and on-site coaching relating to operational standards and job competencies
  • Identify and assess training needs and to be able to design, execute, implement and evaluate training programs
  • Facilitate workshops and develop training programs for all level of employees to create a learning culture
  • Review and optimize HR policies and procedures to enhance efficiency, accuracy and compliance
  • Drive various engagement and HR best practice activities with result oriented and positive attitude towards work and the ability to drive employee engagement.
  • Perform any other projects or responsibilities as required
  • Maintain and develop IPL system to ensure all changes are records in the system
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements 

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • At least 2 years’ relevant experience in HR generalist or related field preferably gained in sizeable and multinational organization
  • Familiar with full spectrum of HR areas including Employment Ordinance and other employment-related legislations
  • Good organizational, analytical skills and logical thinking with strong sense of accountability and flexibility
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong client servicing mindset with a "Can-Do" attitude
  • Proactive, efficient, Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • IPL and ERP system experience preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
