Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of high quality beyond traditional secretary support services to Executive Director
  • Schedule appointments and arrange meetings and events for Executive Director
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports and other business correspondence
  • Handle confidential information and exercise proper document management
  • Assist in ad hoc management projects and assignments as requested

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any disciplines
  • At least 3 years working experience, relevant administrative experience preferred
  • Excellent command of verbal and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
  • Proficient in IT skills including social media
  • Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Mature and reliable with good commercial sense
  • Able to work independently, self-motivated and willing to learn
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, balance conflicting demands, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
