Responsibilities:

• To provide admin and clerical support to project team ensuring smooth project implementation;
• To prepare quotation, tender and other documents;
• To handle document filing and submission;
• To maintain accurate and up-to-date project records;
• Any ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above;
• 1-2 years relevant experience in construction field is preferred;
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
• Good team player, well organized, responsible and self-motivated;
• Immediate available is preferred;
• Working Hours: 5.5 days per week;
• Location: Quarry Bay.
