顧客服務大使  Customer Service Ambassador

職位簡介 Responsibilities:

商場顧客服務中心之日常運作，提供顧客服務，處理顧客查詢及投訴，跟進推廣活動登記及換領工作，協助商場舉辦之活動 ，處理泊車繳費及泊車優惠及其他相關文件工作

Daily Operation of Shopping Mall Customer Service Centre, provide customer service to shoppers, handle and follow up customer enquiries and complaints, assist in shopping mallpromotion events, handle parking payment and free parking offer, and other administrative work

要求學歷 Requirements:

中五/ HKDSE 程度; 1年經驗; 良好粵語; 良好普通話; 良好英語; 懂讀寫中文; 懂讀寫英文; 懂MS Word; 懂MS Excel; 懂中文打字，能獨立工作，良好顧客服務態度

Form 5/ HKDSE, 1 year experience, good command of spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English and written Chinese and English, MS Word, MS Excel, Chinese Word Processing, able to work independently, good customer service attitude

Remuneration and Benefits:
