Responsibilities:

• Perform full reception function in a professional manner
• Answer telephone calls, take messages and greet guests
• Manage the incoming mails/parcels and distribute to the relevant departments
• Provide administrative support, e.g. stationery, printing ordering

Requirements:

• School Certificate or above
• 2 years or above relevant working experiences is preferable
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Pleasant, mature and excellent telephone manner
• Be able to work as a good team player
• Good command of speaking English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Proficient in MS Office including Word and Excel as well as Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available is preferred
