Responsibilities

-          Manage day –to-day aspects of a project and scope.

-          Create and execute project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

-          Liaise with clients, designers, and fabrication team to ensure all parties receive accurate and up-to-date logs.

-          Plan and specification analysis in order to provide clear, traceable, and coordinated interpretations of the drawings for the project.

-          Research and recommend solutions to design document problems, including conflicts, interferences and errors/omissions.

-          Assist the Project Manager in project execution.

-          Travel to China and Macau to undertake project assignments.

Requirements

-          Degree or High Diploma.

-          Minimum 1 year working experience, preferably in field of construction, dealing with contractors, architects, and on-site workers.

-          Excellent communications skills ( verbal and written ) in English and Chinese ( preferably both Cantonese and Mandarin ).

-          Proficient in PC knowledge.

-          Driving licence with class 1 and 2 is an advantage.

-          Able to work independently and effectively under time pressure.

-          Must be organized, self-motivated and a good team player.

Candidate with less experience and lower qualification will be considered for the position of Assistant Project Coordinator.
