Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Jewellery Merchandising team to follow up orders with different parties
• Stock delivery arrangement
• Cost calculation
• Data input via ERP system
• Handling documentation and ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Form 5 graduate or above
• Minimum 3 years working experience in Jewellery industry
• Experience in using system such as SAP is definitely an advantage
• Sensitive to figures
• Proficient in MS Office (i.e. Excel)
• Fast pace, detail-oriented, willing to learn and able to work under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
