Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
․ Perform full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, training and development, payroll, MPF, medical insurance, attendance & leave management
․ Review HR procedures and policies
․ General office administration and facilities management to ensure smooth office operation
․ Ad-hoc project as assigned
Job Requirements:
․ Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration or related disciplines
․ Minimum 5 years’ management experience in HR & Admin areas
․ Hand on experience in payroll administration, visa application etc.
․ Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related legal requirements
․ Excellent interpersonal skills with all levels of management staff and general staff
․ Self-motivated, proactive manner, well organized, able to meet tight deadlines, independent and being as a good team player
․ Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Both Cantonese and Mandarin)
․ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing
․ Immediate available is highly preferred
