Representing multiple international listed financial institutions and banking groups to search for in-house HR Analyst to be part of the regional office with over 200 employees.

• Expansion headcount in HKHR team
• Mixed of C&B & HR generalist exposure

Job Duties:

• Handle C&B operations for Hong Kong & Australia
• Monitor the external vendor to ensure smooth & accurate operations
• Assist in recruitment coordination, on-off boarding arrangement
• Coordinate company activities
• Prepare periodic HR reports

Job Requirement:

• Degree holder majored in Human Resources or other related disciplines
• With 3 years of Human Resources experiences gained from Financial Institutions / International Banks
• Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
• Stable, detail minded and proactive team player
• Fluent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
