Job Duties:
- Support the sales team in various business activities
- Liaise with customers directly via phone call or email to follow up the delivery schedule / enquiries
- Prepare invoices and periodic sales reports
- Arrange team meetings / company activities
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder majored in Business Administration or equivalent
- With at least 1 years of sales administrative experiences
- Detailed, adaptive and with good learning attitude
- Fluent command of English, Cantonese & Mandarin
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
