Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Handle salary calculation and MPF issues for retail shops
  • Prepare employment contract and go through with new join staffs
  • Renewal Employment Compensation Insurance for retail shops
  • Maintain and update staff records filing system, including personnel files, leave records -(annual leaves, sick leave) update
  • To assist in handling ad hoc projects and other HR initiatives


Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Business Admin. / Human Resources/ related discipline
  • Around 1- 2 year(s) of working experience in retail industry
  • Proficiency in using software - MS office (Excel & Words), Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
  • Good communication both English and Chinese
  • Proactive and willing to learn attitude, punctual and reliable
  • Willing to take responsibilities and able to work under pressure
  • Fresh Graduates will also be considered
