Job Description:

• The position is responsible for providing quality customer services, including handle inquiry & complaint and general administrative work at our service center.

Requirements:

• Customer Services and Telecommunicationexperience
• Good command of written & spoken in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Good Communication and Interpersonal skill

Location: Ngau Tau Kok / Mongkok

**PT Flexible or Fixed Working Hour: (Mon - Sun) 10am – 7pm, at least 3 days per week

• 負責在維修服務中心提供優質的客戶服務，包括處理顧客對產品維修的查詢和投訴，及一般文職工作。

資歷：

• 具電訊及客戶服務經驗者優先
• 良好粵語，英語及普通話
• 積極主動，有上進心及有良好溝通技巧

待遇：5天工作、全職員工有酌情性花紅，超時津貼及醫療福利、公眾假期休息、年假12日

工作地點：牛頭角/旺角

**兼職彈性或固定工作時間均可：（星期一至日）上午十時至下午七時，一星期最少工作三天
