We are a SFC licensed fund house and now expanding our business.  We are now looking for the following position who can join our new team.

Responsibilities:

• Personal assistant to CEO of the fund house and provide support to other senior teams
• Liaise closely with co-partners and follow up with different projects in the business
• Organize documents for managerial level and other general secretarial duties
• Assist in and coordinate with Company Secretary matters
• Handle general accounting for the funds and the company’s own

Requirements:

• University graduated in Finance, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
• At least 2-3 years working experience in Financial/Accounting/ Fund and Securities industry
• Experience of accounting in big 4 accounting firms is an advantage
• Strong inter-personal skills, good problem-solving ability, self-motivation and strong accountability
• Hong Kong Permanent resident or valid work permit in Hong Kong (including IANG and dependent visa)
• Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must.
