Job Description
GOGOVAN is seeking a Recruiter to identify, source, & qualify candidates across all corporate functions. The ideal candidate will have proven experience recruiting candidates, a tireless approach to researching and contacting talents.
Joining our HR team, we will teach you our internal processes and expect you to bring a high level of familiarity with the local candidate market. You will be expected to communicate with hiring managers at all levels and across all disciplines to ensure an effective hiring process.
Skills:
- Minimum 2 years experience in either recruitment agency or in-house
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Superior ability to build and maintain relationships
- Ability to positively represent the business to candidates
- Comfortable being proactive
- Strong sense of urgency
Bonus:
- Experience in recruiting Customer Service
- Experience in high volume recruitment
