Job duties / Responsibilities:

1. Daily order taking and order input;

2. Preparing of regular daily reports;

3. Handle customer enquiries and proactively follow up with related colleagues;

4. Clerical supports to Sales Team;

5. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor;

Requirements:

1. F.5 graduate or above;

2. Minimum one year relevant working experience, experience in retail and F&B

industry will be an advantage;

3. Proficient in MS Office with good knowledge of Excel, hand-on experience in

ERP / Point of Sales system will be an advantage;

4. Detail oriented, positive attitude, responsible, self-motivated and well organized;

5. Team player and persuasive in getting job done with colleagues;

6. Good communications and interpersonal skills in both spoken and written English

and Chinses;

7. Fresh graduates will also be considered;
