  • Provide general administrative support
  • Schedule and manage the office administration and vendor management
  • Handle office operation, bookkeeping and basic HR functions
  • Travel arrangement, which includes booking flights, cars and restaurants
  • Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned
  •  Be familiar with the Labour and Immigration Department
  • Able to stay calm with work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Flexible with working hours and able to work OT as and when needed 

Requirement 

  • At least 4+ years admin experience
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent time management skills
