- Provide general administrative support
- Schedule and manage the office administration and vendor management
- Handle office operation, bookkeeping and basic HR functions
- Travel arrangement, which includes booking flights, cars and restaurants
- Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Be familiar with the Labour and Immigration Department
- Able to stay calm with work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Flexible with working hours and able to work OT as and when needed
Requirement
- At least 4+ years admin experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent time management skills
