Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide admin and clerical support to directors & project team to ensure smooth running of operations
- Fast & accurate typing
- Prepare quotation, tender and other documents
- Maintain records and filing system
- Assist to check and verify invoices
Requirements
- Form 6 or above;
- At least 3 years’ relevant working experience;
- Proficiency in MS Office (including Chinese Word Processing)
- Knowledge of ISO operation is preferable;
- Responsible, self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
- Immediate available is preferred.
