Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

l   Receive and handle customer enquiries by email or phone

l   Listen to audio and handle case based on customer voice mail

l   To follow up customer enquiries especially campaign related

l   Prepare report for manager review

l   Provide day to day administration support to the team such as data entry and update report

l   Handle reception duties

 (Fresh graduate is also welcome)

 

Job Requirements:

l   Certificate /Diploma holder or above

l   1-2 years solid experience in customer service / reception

l   Effective time management, able to complete tasks with priorities and within tight deadlines

l   Well-presented & strong sense of initiative, and able to work independently

l   Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

l   Enthusiastic, passion, can-do attitude with drive to continually learn and improve

l   Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English & Chinese Word Processing

l   5 days work
