What do you need to do for daily work?

• Provide a wide range of secretarial and personal assistance to Director;
• Deal with incoming email and post, often corresponding & following the orders & sample on behalf of the Director;
• Execute and follow up Director’s assignments ;
• Collaborate with all skate holders in the company and other colleagues ;
• Research and arrange meeting venues;
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for caliber with

• Stable and mature mindset to work long term with the company;
• Able to work independently, highly flexible to cope with different situation, good interpersonal skills;
• High EQ, resourceful to assist in solving incidents
• At least 2-year working experience, responsible and self-disciplined;
• Immediate available is highly preferred; and
• Proficiency in Putonghua is a must.
