COMPANY INFORMATION:

A tour operator in the Hong Kong. We are dedicated to serving travel agencies and corporations of all sizes global wide, offering better control over the service outcomes and bringing you happy customers through our expertise in worldwide tour optimization and best in class services to leisure and business travelers.

RESPONSIBILITY:

• To responsible for M.I.C.E. Inbound Tour and FIT Operations arrange for daily hotels & venues reservation, Car arrangement, Restaurants, Ferry ticket bookings and Tour Guide Arrangement etc. via various booking platforms
• Handle requests & quotations for overseas agents, follow up all business enquiries and committed deals, co-ordinate with local suppliers and overseas agents
• Maintain close contact and good relationship with overseas corporate clients and travel arrangers
• Negotiate with external vendors and land operators etc.
• Always update marketing information such as regular update of website; support database, update and maintenance of data
• Willing to work outdoor and self-motivated
• Travelling is a must
• Meet sales target

 REQUIREMENTS:

• F.5 or above, preferable with Diploma in Travel and Tourism, IATA certificate
• Good command of spoken & written English, Cantonese, Mandarin and other languages with strong communication and presentation skills
• Minimum 3 years' working experience in inbound operation for designing and planning itinerary
• Proficiency in Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Service-oriented, creative, imaginative, excellent customer relationship & able to work independently, effectively for multi-task
• Have positive attitude to adapt to a changing business environment
• Good team player and able to work under pressure with tight timelines
