We are looking for motivated and entrepreneurial persons with an interest in developing their skills in Data, Retail, eCommerce and Operations.

We are advertising for 6 positions:

1.    GENERAL MANAGER

Join as an early part of a fast-growing start-up and play a leading role in our growth:

The role:

- Develop your skills in the field of eCommerce & Digital Media and help to realise our aspirations to be a world-class eCommerce destination

- Be responsible for full the cycle of staff development inclusive of hiring, developing, and assigning projects and workload to staff

- Supervise and manage projects for assigned employees, maintain a positive employee environment and meet timelines

- Have an input in the key business decisions and help to meet our (ambitious) shareholder goals and objectives

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) and entrepreneurial mind-set

- Previous business and/or entrepreneurial experience, preferably in a leadership role

- Have the ability to work on multiple tasks and an interest in developing your skills in eCommerce

- An interest in nutrition and wellness is essential

- Excellent time management and prioritisation of work tasks

- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills highly preferable

This is a key role which will play a part in operations, staffing and all areas of the business including strategy and sharing responsibilities in building and running our eCommerce platform.

 2.    BUSINESS AND DATA ANALYST

Join as an early part of a fast-growing platform and develop your technical and data analysis skills.

The role:

- Learn how to expertly manage the Shopify Content Management system

- Develop and optimize Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

- Build your digital analysis skills by capturing, presenting and interpreting data

- Develop your skills in the fast growing world of eCommerce

Requirements:

- Strong English skills

- Excellent Excel skills is essential

- Bachelor's degree and entrepreneurial mind-set

- Have the ability to work with minimal supervision and on multiple tasks simultaneously

- An interest in developing your online marketing and ecommerce skills

- Motivated to be part of a hard- working team.

 3. STORE MANAGER

Work with great customers and a great team in Central.

The role:

- Manage a great team of fun people who have a passion for health

- Develop a thorough understanding of our sports supplement, raw and organic products

- Be responsible for the presentation of our retail store

- Work with staff on product knowledge and help customers with their nutrition needs

- Develop your entrepreneurial skills by helping to The Store (ordering, rostering etc)

Requirements:

- Experience working in retail is required:

- Experience in the health & nutrition industry is a big advantage;

- Energetic and confident communication and people skills;

- Friendly and happy personality;

- Part-time considered.

 4.    RETAIL STORE SALES ACCOCIATE (part-time)

Responsibilities of our Sales Associates include:

- Learn all about our health food business and help us with various functions in-store

- This role requires you make sure our best customers are happy so a positive personality is essential

- You must have an interest in learning all about health and nutrition.

Requirements:

- Passion for nutrition and fitness;

- Retail experience preferred not necessary - but a positive and outgoing personality is!

- Part-time with flexible shift hours

5.   OFFICE MANAGER

Responsibilities of our Office Manager include:

- Keeping our booking-keeping organised and being able to use our accounting software to make sure our transactions are properly recorded

- Being knowledgeable about our work environment and taking care about making sure that the office runs smoothly (supplies in stock, working with vendors, planning events etc).

- Collaborating with employees on joint projects which aim to make our customer service as good as it can be.

Requirements:

- Basic familiarity with accounting software such as Xero

- 2-5 years prior experience in a similar administrative role

- You are detail orientated from ordering the correct type of staples to approving invoices, making sure every detail is right is crucial to your work.

6. DIGITIAL MEDIA INTERN

Apply for an internship if you are interested in:

- Developing your Social Media and SEO skills

- Learning and applying practical coding skills online

- Learning design skills to apply to online marketing campaigns

- Collaborating with our health and wellness industry partners

- Learning how to develop your business skills from a fast growing start up

This is an unpaid role with a view to moving into a full-time position post your 3-month probation.
