Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment & selection, payroll & MPF administration, training & development, benefit management, performance management and employee relation, etc.
• Support all staff in HR matters and act as liaison between staff and management on HR issues
• Prepare various HR and management reports regularly
• Maintain, enhance and update the HRIS
• Act as a team assistant
• Carry out ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year working experiences in HR generalist role, preferably in sizable company
• Hand-on experience in Visio would be an advantage
• Strong analytical skill and numerical sense
• Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related ordinance
• Be a good team player and able to handle multi-task efficiently
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available is preferred
• Recent graduates will be considered
