Job Description

(1)     Clerk of Works

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing assigned projects, attending all site inspections and preparing inspection and progress reports.
  • Monitoring the standard of workmanship against the contract documents and good building practice in Hong Kong in accordance with the relevant British Standard or Code of Practice.
  • Monitoring the progress of on-site works against the approved programme and all environment, health and safety aspects of the contractor’s works.
  • Reporting all non-compliance of safety procedures and documenting in the site record book.
  • Liaising with project team members on all site matters and coordinating with the government departments and public utilities for the on-site works.
  • Performing duties during weekdays and Saturdays regularly, and work outside office hours during weekdays, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays when required.

 Requirement:

  • A recognised degree in a construction-related discipline plus at least three years of solid post-qualification experience, or a Higher Diploma in a related discipline plus at least five years of solid post-qualification experience.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with pleasant personality and services-oriented mindset.
  • Experienced as resident Clerk of Works or Works Supervisor in the field of renovation and refurbishment contracts of commercial, residential and institutional properties.

 

(2)     Building Surveyor / Assistant Building Surveyor

  • Degree or Associate Degree in Building Surveying / Architectural Studies / Building or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in Building Contractor or Building Consultancy firms
  • Familiar with building ordinances
  • Training will be provided to candidates for HKIS practical task training / examination
  • Mature with good communication and negotiation skills
  • Immediately available is preferred

 

 

(3)     Administrative Assistant

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Capable to input data into accounting programme;
  • Consolidating monthly invoices and payments;
  • Handling daily expenses claims;
  • Answering telephone enquires;
  • Familiar with ISO operation & periodic auditing is a Must;
  • Providing professional administrative & secretarial support;
  • Responsible for preparation of tender submission;
  • Able to handle confidential information such as fee proposals and contract documents issues with utmost confidentiality
  • Assist in handling any ad-hoc projects and assignment

 Requirement:

  • Certificate Holder in secretarial study
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in administrative  and  secretarial studies
  • With experience gained in building professional firms or construction industry;
  • Proactive, well-organized, able to work independently and under pressure;
  • Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese
  • Immediate availability is preferred 

 

(4)     Marketing Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of submissions in respect of Request for Proposal from both existing and new clients either from the private / government sectors.
  • Preparation of marketing leaflets and materials.
  • Regularly maintaining liaison and contacts with clients.
  • Following up tender submissions with clients and review our pricing strategy.

 Requirement:

  • Degree in Marketing or Building / Architectural consultants related sector.
  • 1 year working experience preferably in Building / Architectural Consultant or Contractor firm.
  • Proactive and pleasant manner is required for this post.
  • We will provide training for those Probationer who are pursuing professional qualification in Building Architectural Professional Institutions.
