Our client is an US Multinational Retailer with worldwide reputation in consumer goods industry. They are now looking for a strong Human Resource Manager to support their business in Hong Kong.
Key Job Duties
Reporting to the Human Resources Director in APAC, you will be responsible for full spectrum of HR functions for the Hong Kong market, including but not limited to recruitment, leadership capabilities, performance management, learning & development, rewards, employee relations, etc. You will partner with different functional heads to ensure HR initiatives aligned with business objectives and be the main point of contact for professional advice and recommendations. You will develop & implement initiatives which improve the HR impact within the organization. You will develop & coach your subordinate to ensure his/ her career development.
Requirements
You should have a Bachelor Degree holder of Human Resources or related discipline at least 8 years of commercial human resources generalist experience gained in sizable MNC together with Retail industry background. You should possess strong business mindset and interpersonal skills to collaborate with people across different functions and levels. You should be proactive with a high level of energy. You should have strong leadership and communication skills. You should speak fluent Chinese and English.
