Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with individual departments to gain a thorough understanding of recruitment needs of the company and the job requirements of each vacancy;
• Responsible for the full cycle of the search and recruitment activities including insertion of recruitment advertisement, job study, search & selection of potential candidates, arranging interview and conducting reference check;
• Monthly recruitment status update;
• Arrange training program, review new entry performance and evaluate VIRGIN seminar before probation pass;

• Provide support to HR team and handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned. 
   

 Job Requirement: 

• Degree in Human Resources Management, or related discipline;
• At least 3 years of recruitment experience ideally with some exposure in service industry;
• Excellence in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
