GRADUATE SCHOOL

The Graduate School is looking for a meticulous team-worker to fill the post of Executive Assistant. The appointee will be responsible for multi-tasking a variety of duties including processing research grant applications, research postgradudate programmes, preparing statistical reports, liaising with external/internal parties and performing other projects as assigned by his or her supervisor.

Applicants should have a good Bachelor’s degree, and preferably with a higher qualification. A minimum of two years of relevant work experience is preferred. The appointee should be self-motivated, able to take up new challenges and meet tight deadlines, have excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), strong communication and interpersonal skills, good analytical ability and a strong sense of responsibility.

Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract of two years. Re-appointment thereafter is subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
