Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Head of HR department
- Provide all-rounded HR advisory to designated Business and actively engaging in the support of the business goal achievements, covering end-to-end recruitment services, manpower planning, staff engagement and development, staff relations and counselling, staff performance management and all people-related agenda
- Participate in HR and staff engagement projects as mandated
- Ensure all recruitment and HR related activities are in compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions includin payroll, MPF contribution, recruitment& selection, compensations& benefits, training and other administrative functions.
- Coordinate company events and employees activities
Requirements:
- University graduate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related discipline
- 8 years or above HR experiences, or with minimum 3 years’ experience in HRBP role, preferably in financial services industry
- Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations
- Pro-active, self-motivated, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
- Able to work independently and willingly to grow with a startup company
- Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Preferbly for candidate with related working experience as a senior position in MNC or public listed company
- Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
