OBJECTIVES |

RESPONSIBILITIES |

Works with Brand Managers and Style & Product Department to develop content and tools for technical product and collection training and updates existing tools for Sales and Trade |
|
|
Identifies training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses |
|
|
Translates and identifies new training content for trade, consistent with the objectives of the Marcolin Training Program |
|
|
Identifies appropriate training methodologies, consistent with targets and objectives |
|
|
Supports the development of guidelines and global assets for the organization of training sessions and ensures their correct execution |
|
|
Coordinates training plans and activities by interfacing with the sales force and trade area |
|
|
Coordinates external suppliers and external agencies involved in the development of tools and contents |
|
|
Converts training materials from English into Traditional and Simplified Chinese |
|
|
Prepares reports with quantitative and qualitative feedback from training |
|
|
Manages training administration and exercise budgetary control |
|
REQUIREMENTS |
||
University Degree with minimum 2 years relevant working experience, preferably in luxury fashion/ accessory/ eyewear industry |
|
|
Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese |
|
|
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills |
|
|
Strong planner with good organisation skills |
|
|
Detail-oriented, responsible, independent and self-motivated |
|
|
Inspiring, enthusiastic, passionate, energizing and flexible |
|
|
Based in Hong Kong office, willing to travel |
