- Provide clerical support to Purchasing departments, e.g. data entry, filing etc
- Follow up purchased orders to support daily operation
- Prepare various reports and document
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- F.5 or above
- Minimum 2 years working experience in clerical and administration works
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
- Good command of spoken Cantonese , Mandarin and English
- Proficient in Chinese and English typing and MS Office
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Responsible, well-organized and attention to details
- Immediate available is preferred
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Purchasing Clerk
