Job Description:

• Provide clerical support to Purchasing departments, e.g. data entry, filing etc
• Follow up purchased orders to support daily operation
• Prepare various reports and document
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• F.5 or above
• Minimum 2 years working experience in clerical and administration works
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Good command of spoken Cantonese , Mandarin  and English
• Proficient in Chinese and English typing and MS Office
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Responsible, well-organized and attention to details
• Immediate available is preferred
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Purchasing Clerk
