Responsibilities

• Assisting Sales Managers on daily sales administration and client handling
• Assist in marketing campaign, product management, Orders processing and allocation of goods
• Assist in preparing regular business reports which is generated from company systems
• Respond to complaints from customers liaising directly with them and offer timely after sales support whenever needed
• Contribute to sales team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Maintain good relationship with the whole clientele : distributors, retailers….

 
Requirements

• Matriculation educated or above
• Min. 2 years experience in customer service and sales administration
• Prior experience in distribution or B2B sales is an advantage
• Fluent in both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Familiar with standard computer applications MS EXCEL, WORDS
• SAP knowledge will be considered as a real plus
• Quick learner and a good team player
• Detail oriented, data sensitive and careful character is essential
• Self-motivated, responsible, positive attitude and diligent
• Ambitious and with great desire to grow within the company
