Our client, the largest employer in Hong Kong with friendly environment is looking for high caliber applicants to fill the following position:

Responsibilities

• To provide counter support including reception of clients and answering of enquiries
• To provide office support including filing, typing, photocopying, compiling regular returns and assisting in collecting statistical data
• To perform on-site data processing duties including data entry, data verification and update, scanning and uploading the collected forms and retrieving records

Requirements

• Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) or equivalent, or Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or equivalent
• Preferably with six months of ull time working experience
• Have good knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, etc
• English typing 35 words per minute and Chinese typing 25 words per minute
• Be able to speak English and fluent Cantonese, preferably be able to speak simple Putonghua
• Self-motivated, have good communication and interpersonal skills
