Job responsibilities:
1. to assist the Department Manager to prepare the company documents, including but not limited to the strategy report, quarterly report, the report of the meeting;
2. assist department manager to formulate, implement and implement the company management system, project plans, achieve the company's management objectives, and is responsible for continuous improvement and optimization;
3. to assist the Department Manager to complete the company level data collection and collation, including but not limited to the annual / quarterly business data, budget data, KPI index data etc.;
4. assist department manager to follow up the operation, supervision and audit of EHS management and lean management system;
5. responsible for the supervision and inspection of EHS management and lean management in all departments;
6. Responsible for communication and coordination of EHS management and lean management in each department;
7. complete other tasks assigned by Department manager.

Job requirements:
Dedication, hard work, a high sense of responsibility and strong adaptability;
Bachelor degree or above, major in safety, environment engineering, operation management or other related fields;
Excellent written and verbal skills in Chinese as well as excellent data analysis skills;
Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, listening, speaking, reading and writing.
