Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling income calls and operating club telephone system
• Handle reservation and confirmation for club events
• Greet and farewell members and guest at reception and provide directory service to them
• Prepare to mail out the Club news to members, register the outgoing mail
• Responsible for operating the Club Shroff Terminal
• Make sales calls for promotions and events to members
• Handle complaints from members and report to concerned manager immediately
• Carry out any further duties which may be assigned from time to time by management

Requirements:

• At least 1 year relevant working experience, preferably in hospitality industry
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
