Duties:

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Customer Services Centre of a Grade A Commercial Building to meet our performance benchmarks
• To ensure customer feedbacks, enquiries & complaints are handled in a timely manner
• Maintain high-level of customer service quality and upkeep consistent customer service practice
• Execution of day-to-day operations of procedures and activities
• Ability to interact and manage VIP customers and tenants in a professional manner
• Formulate action plans to uplift the customer satisfaction and drive follow-up actions to improve services performance & quality

Requirement: 

• Diploma or above, preferably in real estate or buildings related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years or above relevant work experience in property management
• Strong customer service skills and client facing experience
• Pleasant personality and good presentation
• Positive attitude, cheerful manner, with desire to serve people
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess good problem-solving skills and strong leadership skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Highly organized self-starter, independent and can work under pressure
