Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls regarding securities enquiries and provide solutions and information within the standard service time;
- Handle complaints and collect feedback/suggestions from customers;
- Prepare marketing materials and coordinate marketing program logistics;
- Maintain customer database;
- Compile reports;
- Support tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Tertiary education;
- 6 year’s working experience in securities firm, bank or customer services;
- Exposure in sales administration support and marketing coordination would be an advantage;
- Multi-tasking and good coordination skills;
- Well-versed in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua; and
- Conversant with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.
