Investor Relations Associate

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the formulation and execution of the investor relations plans
• Assist in develop and manage Investor Relations, Corporate Public Relations, Communications and Image Strategies/ Programs
• Monitoring of relevant media coverage and market news
• Assist in planning and execution of investor relations program including AGM, investor meetings, site visits and roadshows
• Prepare press release, presentation and relevant written materials
• Assist in building and maintaining good relationship with existing and potential investors to promote company business to institutional investors
• Maintain investor and media database
• Schedule media and investor meetings, organizing corporate events and roadshows in collaboration with business partners, media and investors
• Perform ad hoc duties

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is required, major in Journalism/ Media/Communications and relevant subject would be an advantage
• Minimum 2 years working experience in the related industry is preferred
• Good command of written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Basic knowledge on Hong Kong stock market
• Independent, self-motivated with strong analytical mind and strong interpersonal skills
