About the Role:

Reporting to the Department Head you will be have sound knowledge of the funds industry and will have demonstrable experience in trade management, the trade cycle and independently solving trade problems.

• Daily trade booking/processing
• Reconciliation of trades, investment positions, prices and cash balances
• Manage breaks from execution to settlement achieving resolution on issues
• Prepare ad-hoc trading analysis and reporting as required by Fund Managers
• Cross train in and support NAV accounting
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and solution development for transitions and product upgrades
• Contribute to Analyst BAU training and team management
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders in the interests of service delivery

About You:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related fields
• 2-3 years working experience in fund administration & hedge funds is an advantage
• Superb attention to detail, accuracy & quality
• Broad understanding of different investments including future, FX, equity and swap 
• Diligent, independent, proactive and able to work under tight schedule and pressure
• Be highly numerate and have excellent PC skills, experience with VBA and SQL is a plus
• Good verbal and written communication abilities in English and Chinese
