Our client, a well-established bank, is now seeking an experienced candidate to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• To ensure customer complaints are handled in compliance with all policies, rules, guidelines, requirements prescribed by regulators as well as the bank
• To review investigation reports and replies on complaint cases and prepare the written replies to customers, media or regulators
• To handle customer’s complaints and enquiries relating to branch services
• To coordinate with relevant business to resolve complaint cases
• To be a team member of Branch Distribution & Services Department
• To identify improvement opportunities and service level upgrading needs from complaint cases

Requirements:

• University graduates with a minimum of 7 years’ relevant banking experience, of which at least 5 years at managerial level.
• Sound knowledge in handling customer complaints
• Good understanding of regulatory policies and guidelines governing retail banking services
• Good knowledge of retail banking products and services
• A team player with good negotiation and communication skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable
