Responsibilities: 

• Lead a team to solicit new corporate clients/business opportunities and cross-selling other bank products to achieve growth target
• Prepare credit proposals and conduct regular review for existing/new customers
• Perform credit analysis on the credit applications
• Monitor and manage the risk profile of the loan portfolio
• Promote the corporate culture and image
• Maintain good rapport with existing customers in order to explore new business opportunities in both Hong Kong and China
• Provide quality after-sales service to the customers

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Marketing and related disciplines
• With professional qualification of HKSI is preferable 
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience in banking industry of which at least 3 years as supervisory level
• Excellent analytical skill 
• Good leadership, management, communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English & Chinese, Mandarin is a must
