One of the World’s largest insurers is seeking to hire an experienced operational risk manager.

The successful candidate will be a vital part of the risk management department and be responsible for assisting in the implementation and maintenance of enterprise-wide risk management framework and strategies across different business units in Hong Kong.  He/she will assist in analysing and measuring operational risk and performing necessary follow-up where needed; drafting ORM policies, standards and procedures; and providing periodic updates to senior management on ORM project plans. 

The ideal candidate will hold a degree or higher preferably in Risk Management, Finance, Business or related and will have at least 4 years of relevant experience including operational risk management as well as strong knowledge and experience of the insurance industry.  He/she must have excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills and must be fluent in English and Chinese.
