- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

- Minimum 5 years' solid QS experience in Developer or Consultancy firm.

- MHKIS/RICS or equivalent a must; together with MCIOB/MHKIE an advantage.

- Background in Building Management/ Construction/ Services Maintenance an added value.

- Hands on experience in PRC property development preferred.

- Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).

- Able to handle all pre- & post-contract QS duties with minimum supervision.

- Hands-on PC knowledge.

- HK based, frequent travel and stationing in PRC (South) are required.
