Responsibilities

• Work closely with local and global teams on brand marketing and offline projects;
• Develop sales and marketing strategies to recruit profitable merchants and execute the plan independently;
• Assist to formulate media strategy to reinforce brand values and company positioning and to maximize media exposure;
• Drive and manage third-party service providers in advertising design, events management and souvenir sourcing;
• Copy writing for marketing campaigns and press release;
• Monitor and control marketing expenditure and compile periodic report for management;
• Ad hoc duties when assigned.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, Finance or related discipline;
• Over 5 years' experience in brand building, event management and media planning in the global scope; Good understanding of financial services/ products and investment industry is preferred;
• Proficiency in project management and extensive experience on writing press release and marketing pitch;
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills to all levels of internal and external parties;
• Well-versed in written and spoken skills in both Chinese (including Mandarin) and English;
• Highly self-motivated and able to work well under pressure and tight schedule;
• Occasional travel is required.
