Pins Asset Management (Asia) Ltd is a specialist alternative asset manager providing funds, direct investments and tailored investment solutions, including co-investment across a range of differentiated alternative investment strategies based in Hong Kong. The firm is now looking to expand the team to hire a Business Development Manager – Intermediaries Distribution with 4 - 5 years of marketing/client services experience within the asset management or private equity industry.

Responsibilities:

l   A proven track record in developing and managing a book of USD 100M+

l   Provide sales support for all products with a focus on key relationships within the intermediary channels

l   Participate in intermediary client and prospect meetings; support the planning and execution of all aspects of client events and manage CRM database.

l   Liaise with portfolio management, marketing, client service, and compliance teams as required

Requirements:

l   4-5 years of fund sales experience within the asset management industry (knowledge of intermediary sales channels a plus)

l   Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work successfully within a team structure

l   Attention to detail and accuracy

l   Outstanding organization skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects

l   Strong computer skills, particularly with PowerPoint and Excel

l   Broad understanding of financial markets and products

l   Bachelors degree
