Main Responsibilities

You will join our Forex & Treasury Administration Department and be responsible for handling the daily operation related to Interest Rate Swap transaction (Inter bank and customer) such as:

• the transaction posting to main frame;
• preparing due date control file;
• following up the deal confirmation and tracers;
• Conducting the necessary mailing and filing of documents;
• Preparing all relevant reports; and
• Other miscellaneous routine operations

Requirements

• Form 5 or above;
• Computer literacy and Proficiency in MS Excel ; and
• Good command in English.
